The 2019 Assembly of the Diocese of the West will take place October 15th-17th at the Glen Eyrie Castle and Conference Center in Colorado Springs, CO. Holy Theophany Church in Colorado Springs will lead the on-site committee.
Parishes, institutions, departments and officers will prepare reports in advance, which will be included in the Delegate Books below. Also, the full text of Archbishop BENJAMIN's opening address, not included in the books, and the approved 2020 budget will be linked below (after the assembly); draft minutes of the Assembly (to be approved at the next Assembly) will be posted once reviewed at the Winter Diocesan Council meeting.
UPDATE: Registration is OPEN! Rooms at the Glen Eyrie will be assigned. Thus it is very important that, when registering, you specify with whom you might like to room. There is also an opportunity on this year's registration page to specify any food allergies or special dietary restrictions.
